Join us for a transformational experience using the healing power of music, and create a new vision for your life.

Working at the intersection of music, mindfulness, and transformation, this experiential workshop will help you claim your authentic power so you can break through the blocks that stop you from unleashing your full potential.

Throughout human history, people have used music to transform incredible suffering and pain into beauty. That’s exactly what we’re doing in this workshop: bringing light to your shadows and healing your wounded places so you can step back into your life with power and presence.

We'll also teach you how to take your transformation work off your meditation cushion and share it with your family, community, and the world.

There’s a difference between change and transformation. Things “change” all the time, but none of those changes ever last if we haven’t TRANSFORMED.

Prepare to do some light singing (with masks) as we have brave conversations, step beyond your limiting beliefs, set better boundaries, use your authentic voice, overcome self-sabotage, discover your Unique Energy Signature, and create a new vision for your life that goes  beyond your wildest dreams. All voices are welcome!

10% of tuition goes to the Dream Bigger Foundation, which provides scholarship funds to underserved communities, and hosts the Liberation Experience, a program that works to unite people across social, political, and religious divides, and other transformational opportunities.

Come prepared for adventure! Due to social-distancing requirements and in accordance with California state guidance, Esalen will be hosting all programming in modified indoor-outdoor spaces, and outdoors. Please come prepared with warm, layered clothing, as well as wet weather gear in case Mother Nature blesses us with rain during your stay. Workshops will be held in a covered space with heaters, and may move back and forth from outdoor spaces into covered spaces.

Note regarding Live Streaming and Recording: Portions of this workshop will be filmed for the purpose of live streaming, and will also be used in later productions of Justin's work with Esalen. All care will be taken to avoid filming any student who does not wish to be included in the filming, and Justin has pre-determined in the schedule which segments must be kept private to the class on site, and which can be shared with a greater audience. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to reach out to us at teach@esalen.org so that we may address your concerns. Thank you.
