Harley K. Dubois is co-founder of the modern-day Burning Man Project and has been involved with Burning Man for 30 years. She developed the infrastructure that keeps people happy and safe at Burning Man, and was the City Manager for over 10 years. Today she helps guide the movement forward, mentors key staff, and speaks globally about the power of the Burning Man culture to effect personal and cultural change.
